At Kashiaagman, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair while helping us maintain quality service for all our travelers.


1. Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing via email or WhatsApp with your booking details.

Refund Structure:

  • 15 days or more before travel date: 90% refund of total booking amount
  • 7–14 days before travel date: 50% refund
  • 4–6 days before travel date: 25% refund
  • Less than 4 days before travel date: No refund

Refund percentage is calculated on the total package cost.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

The following situations are non-refundable:

  • No-show at hotel or tour location
  • Last-minute cancellation (within 4 days)
  • Unused services (hotel stay, sightseeing, transport, etc.)
  • Special festival bookings (e.g., peak season, Dev Deepawali, Maha Shivratri)

3. Cancellation by Kashiaagman

In rare cases, if Kashiaagman cancels a tour due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety concerns:

  • Customers will receive a full refund
    OR
  • Option to reschedule without extra charges

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Any payment gateway charges or transaction fees are non-refundable

5. Amendments & Rescheduling

  • Date changes are subject to availability
  • Price difference (if any) must be paid by the customer
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before travel date
