Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. This policy explains our cancellation charges and refund process.

Cancellation Charges

• 30 or more days before departure: 10% of the total amount
• 15 to 29 days before departure: 25% of the total amount
• 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% of the total amount
• Less than 7 days before departure: no refund

How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, contact us by phone or email with your booking details. Cancellation takes effect from the date we receive your request.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days after deduction of applicable charges.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items such as special darshan tickets, helicopter charges and third-party bookings may be non-refundable once confirmed.

Weather & Force Majeure

Where a trip is disrupted by weather, natural events or circumstances beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or arrange alternatives. Refunds in such cases are subject to recoverable costs.
